Bottled exclusively for Blake’s of the Hollow in Enniskillen, this release showcases the artistry of the Midleton Distillery’s master blenders, bringing together the renowned richness of Redbreast Single Pot Still whiskey with the deep, resonant character imparted by full-term sherry cask ageing.

Distilled by Irish Distillers and laid down for over two decades in a single carefully selected first-fill Oloroso sherry cask, this 21-year-old bottling was drawn and bottled at natural cask strength, capturing the whiskey in its most authentic and unadulterated form. 

On the nose, this single cask opens with plump raisins, figs, dark chocolate, and candied orange peel, lifted by aromatic spice and warm oak polish. The palate reveals a layered richness - plums, dates, mocha, nutmeg, and gentle tobacco - supported by the unmistakable weight of sherry-seasoned oak. The finish is long, warming, and elegant, with a final echo of dark fruit, toasted nut, and lingering sweetness that reflects both age and cask influence.

Only a handful of bottles were drawn from this exceptional cask, making it one of the most desirable Redbreast single-cask editions ever released. Presented with pride by Blake’s of the Hollow, this whiskey represents the coming together of two pillars of Irish tradition - Midleton’s revered Single Pot Still heritage and Blake’s long-standing role as a custodian of Irish hospitality and culture.
